Cook elbow macaroni according to back or the package.
Make the meat sauce and cover it with a lid and let it cook on low for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile make the Mac n cheese and prepare the ricotta mixture.
In a baking dish add half of the Mac n cheese then all the meat sauce, then spread ricotta all over.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add remaining Mac n cheese and the remaining mozzarella
Bake at 375 for 40 min
