Creamy Beef & Mushroom Skillet
  1. Season beef with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet and sear beef until browned. Remove and set aside.

  2. Add butter, mushrooms, and onion. Cook 5–6 minutes until soft. Add garlic for 30 seconds.

  3. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Simmer 3 minutes.

  4. Stir in cream and return beef to the pan. Simmer 10–15 minutes until beef is tender and sauce thickens.

  5. Top with parsley. Great over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.
