Hotpot:
  1. Layer your Napa cabbage leaves & half of your thinly sliced beef to form 11 layers. Slice this into thirds.

  2. Mix your broth ingredients together.

  3. Add the remaining hotpot ingredients to a large pot, & pour the broth over. Cover & cook for 10 minutes on medium/high heat until the meat is fully cooked.
