  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Lightly spray a ramekin with cooking spray and set aside.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a small blender. Pulse until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekin and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
