Combine blueberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring often, until the mixture thickens slightly.
Pour the cooked blueberries through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl or measuring cup. Use the back of a spoon to press the berries and extract all the juices. Discard the solids.
Stir the almond milk and vanilla extract into the strained blueberry juice until well combined.
Refrigerate until cold, then pour into glasses and enjoy!
