Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and place them onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, honey, and apple cider vinegar.

  6. Once the cauliflower is baked, remove it from the oven and toss the florets in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

  7. Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and slightly caramelized.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Buffalo Cauliflower Wings with celery sticks and your choice of dipping sauce.

TIPS:

For extra crispiness, try using panko breadcrumbs mixed with the batter before coating the cauliflower.

Adjust the heat level by adding more or less hot sauce to suit your taste.
