Garlic Green Beans With Olive Oil And Parmesan
  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil, add green beans and ½ teaspoon salt. Cook on medium-low heat for 5 minutes, drain the beans.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add minced garlic and cooked green beans.

  3. Saute on medium heat for about 2 minutes to combine all ingredients.

  4. Remove from heat. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir.

  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir. Taste and add more salt, if needed.
