Ingredients (makes about 1 cup of seasoning mix):
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk or stir thoroughly until well blended.
Store in an airtight container, in a cool dry place.
Use as you would the original: rub on meats, sprinkle on vegetables, bread, etc.
Instructions:
Usage suggestion: Use approx. 1 to 2 teaspoons per pound of meat (adjust to taste) and make sure you rub it in so the mix adheres.
