Mayak Eggs
  1. Add vinegar and salt to boiling water, then cook the eggs for 7 minutes (which is the perfect time to make soft boiled eggs). Transfer them to an ice bath and let them cool.

  2. While the eggs are chilling, chop the onion, green onion, Korean green pepper, and red chili.

  3. In a container, combine vegetables, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and water.

  4. Peel the eggs and place them into the marinade.

  5. Close the lid and let the eggs rest in the refrigerator overnight.

  6. Serve with hot rice and kimchi, and make sure you don’t get addicted!
