Warm celery agro dolce salad with mozzarella and hazelnuts
Celery haters stay with me. I used to be very unenthusiastic about celery until I tried it cooked.
I was in Copenhagen and ate it braised with goats curd, pickled walnuts and an almond date and sun-dried tomato crumble and it was divine.
It's the dish that's served a lot of the inspiration for this coupled with one of my favourite agro dolce aubergine salads.
Agro dolce means sweet and sour so that's what you're looking for with this.
