Blueberry Loaf
  1. Turn the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  2. Add the blueberries to a bowl along with the brown sugar, butter and eggs and mix.

  3. Sieve the flour in and fold the mixture together.

  4. Pour the mixture into a lined loaf tin.

  5. Bake the loaf at 180 for 35 minutes (or until a skewer comes out clean).

  6. After which, transfer to a cooling rack for 20 minutes before slicing.
