Heat your nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Sprinkle a generous amount of crumbled feta cheese in a circle, leaving a hole in the center for the egg.
Crack one or two large eggs into the center of the feta ring.
Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes and cover the pan with a lid.
Once the egg has finished cooking and the edges of the feta are browned and crispy, transfer the fried feta egg to a plate and serve.
