Crack 4 eggs into a microwave-safe bowl
Add 100 mL water, ½ tsp fish sauce, ¼ tsp beef dasida, and ¼ tsp kosher salt to the eggs
Mix well until combined
Microwave until the eggs are steamed and set
Season with black pepper to taste
Top with chopped green onion, sesame seeds, and gochugaru to taste
Drizzle with sesame oil if desired
Serve with rice
