Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add oil and sauté onion until translucent.
Add meat and seasoning. Using a potato masher, break down the meat as it cooks until it's in small pieces.
Pour teriyaki sauce and honey. Mix well and cook undisturbed for 8-10 minutes.
Drain the meat mixture in a sieve to remove excess liquid. Mix in the sliced scallions.
Heat oven to 375F.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into two rectangles. Make a shallow slit horizontally to divide each rectangle into two.
Place half the meat along one side and fold the second side over it. Seal the edges.
Using a sharp knife, cut into triangles. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Repeat with the second puff pastry.
Bake for 30-35 minutes on the middle rack.
Cool slightly and cut each triangle all the way through. Serve warm or at room temperature.
