Whipped Ricotta With Honey & Pistachios
  1. Whip the ricotta, salt, 1 tbsp olive oil and lemon zest in food processor until smooth about one minute, adjusting salt if needed.

  2. Spread onto plate and drizzle with remaining tbsp olive oil. Top with honey and pistachios, and serve with charred flatbread.
