In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Add the slurry to the beef mixture and stir to thicken the sauce.
Add the cooked linguine noodles to the beef mixture and toss to coat the noodles in the sauce.
Serve hot, optionally garnished with red pepper flakes.
