Roasted Chicken And Vegetable Bake With Greek Yogurt
  1. Slice onion into rounds and place on parchment paper, then separate the rings so they spread out

  2. Season onions with oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add cherry tomatoes (50 g) and drizzle 1.5 tbsp olive oil. Toss everything together on the tray

  3. Slice a little off the top of the garlic head, place it in the center of the tray, and drizzle 0.5 tbsp olive oil over it

  4. Roast for 1 hour at 400°F (200°C)

  5. Remove tray and add grilled chicken breast (300 g), spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes (30 g). Mix Greek yogurt (100 g) with coconut milk (40 kcal worth), add it in, and toss everything together

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through
