Shred or break apart the cooked chicken breasts or rotisserie chicken using an electric mixer
In the kitchen aid mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with shredded carrots, minced red onion, minced celery, and chopped banana peppers
In the same bowl, mix together the plain greek yogurt, cottage cheese, mayo, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning
Combine the wet ingredients with the chicken and vegetable mixture on low speed
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Serve on its own, in a wrap, or with chips
