French Toast With Savory Elements
  1. Add 2 whole eggs, 2 egg yolks, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, salt, vanilla, and Milk50. Whisk until no more egg streaks & set aside.

  2. In a separate bowl add the rest of your eggs, 2 tbsp milk, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until fully incorporated.

  3. Pop your bacon & hash browns into air fryer. Cook at 400F until they're nice & crispy. Bacon will take about 10 mins hash browns about 13-15 mins.

  4. Slice your challah into thicker pieces and let them soak in your batter for 1-2 mins.

  5. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook for 3-5 mins per side till both sides are nice & golden brown.

  6. Repeat till you run out of batter.

  7. In a separate skillet cook your eggs in butter over med low heat. Push them around with spatula until they're almost done.

  8. Finish with some pepper & cheddar. Let the residual heat melt the cheese.

  9. Assemble your sandwich, add some maple syrup to your French toast, add in your hash browns, eggs, bacon, and some hot sauce.
