Asian Chili Ground Turkey & Green Bean Bowls
  1. Boil 2 cups of water, add 1 cup of jasmine rice, and cook for 10 minutes.

  2. Wash and trim ends of green beans, put in a microwave safe bowl.

  3. Pour water over the beans, cover bowl in plastic wrap, microwave for 4-5 minutes.

  4. Brown ground turkey with salt and pepper.

  5. Drain the grease, add beans to the skillet.

  6. Add butter, sugar, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce.

  7. Heat until sauces melt, divide rice and mixture into prep containers.

  8. Add optional toppings.

  9. Enjoy!
