Mini Egg Rocky Road
  1. Melt the butter & chocolate together in a heat proof bowl in the microwave for 20 second bursts.

  2. Meanwhile bash up your biscuits (don't bash them too small, leave nice big chunks) & chop the rest of your chocolate add ins.

  3. Oil & Line your tin with parchment.

  4. Once the choc / butter is melted - immediately stir through the condensed milk, stirring until just incorporated. Don't over mix as it can split.

  5. Pop into your dry ingredients and mix.

  6. Place into the tin, packing it down firmly.

  7. Spread over melted chocolate and top with mini eggs.

  8. Refrigerate overnight then cut into slices and enjoy.

  9. Keep unsliced if you want to keep it fresher for longer, cutting as you need it.
