Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin well.
In a bowl, whisk cottage cheese and eggs until mostly smooth.
Stir in diced ham, Swiss cheese, and seasonings.
Divide mixture evenly into muffin cups, filling about ¾ full.
Bake 18–22 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
Let cool 5 minutes, loosen edges with a knife, and remove from pan.
