Creamy Butter Beans With Lemon And Garlic
  1. Saute garlic in a pan

  2. Add butter beans and their stock tomatoes

  3. Add dried basil, salt and pepper

  4. Let everything simmer together, slightly crushing the tomatoes with the back of the spoon

  5. Add a spoonful of cream cheese

  6. Add lots of lemon juice

  7. Add a handful of chopped spinach

  8. Stir everything through

  9. Top with more pepper, chili oil, and basil leaves
