Coat the chicken wings in the salt, white pepper, garlic powder, Chinese 5 spice and baking powder. Give it a good mix, then place in the air fryer for 15 mins at 190C, flipping halfway
If the wings aren't cwisp yet, then continue cooking at 210C for a further 5-10 minutes
In the meantime, splash some oil into a pan, then add the cut chunks of onion and pepper and stir fry on high heat for a couple of minutes. Add the garlic and spring onion whites, salt and pepper then stir fry for another 2 minutes on a medium-high heat
Once the wings are done, add them to the pan. Add a splash of light soy sauce, and a good sprinkle of Chinese 5 spice. Serve with a sprinkling of spring onion green and red chilli slices
