Lemon Blueberry Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan.

  2. Beat sugar, melted butter, eggs, and lemon juice in a large bowl.

  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into wet mixture alternately with milk.

  4. Fold in blueberries, walnuts, and lemon zest. Pour batter into pan.

  5. Bake 60-70 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes.

  6. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for glaze. Drizzle over warm bread.

  7. Cool on a wire rack and serve.
