Beef Tenderizer
  1. Cut beef into ¼ inch slices

  2. Add baking soda and water to the beef

  3. Mix well and let sit for 20 minutes

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients (salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and egg white) and mix well

  5. Let it sit for another 20 minutes before cooking
