I froth it for a few minutes until it expands and peaks form.
Spray pan with oil (I use avocado oil) and then put in mixture.
Turn heat to high until it browns and then flip to other side (I transfer it to a larger pan because it's easier).
Top with whatever you want. I frequently use strawberries, lilys dark chocolate chips and monkfruit powdered sugar and dip it in Allulose syrup.
I also like topping it with bananas and Greek yogurt mixed with about 1 tsp of banana pudding mix.
If you want more protein you can fold protein powder into mixture before placing in skillet or mix protein powder into the yogurt.
