Soak pitted medjool dates in hot water for 10 minutes
Blend soaked dates with milk of choice
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Pop mixture into a loaf tin
Bake for 45-60 minutes at 180°C until golden on top
Cool completely then cut into 8 slices
Freeze loaf with baking paper between each slice
Reheat slices in the oven as needed
Top 2 slices with greek yoghurt, tahini drizzle, and chopped nuts
