Hearty Ham Supper Dish | Nana

    Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a 1.5 quart casserole dish, COMBINE ham, potatoes, corn, parsley onion, and paprika.

  3. MELT butter in a small saucepan. WHISK in flour. Gradually add in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

  4. Pour over ingredients in casserole dish. Top with cheese.

  5. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until bubbly and top is browned.

NOTE: I dont remember Nana ever adding parsley. When I make it, I add the paprika and ¾ of the cheese to the sauce. For me, it fills up both the large casserole dish and an additional tiny one.
