Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a 1.5 quart casserole dish, COMBINE ham, potatoes, corn, parsley onion, and paprika.
MELT butter in a small saucepan. WHISK in flour. Gradually add in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Pour over ingredients in casserole dish. Top with cheese.
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until bubbly and top is browned.
NOTE: I dont remember Nana ever adding parsley. When I make it, I add the paprika and ¾ of the cheese to the sauce. For me, it fills up both the large casserole dish and an additional tiny one.
