To a large pot, add some grated garlic to olive oil along with some tomato paste and cook that for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add in a pound of 93% lean beef and cook that down until fully browned.
Add in some salt and seasonings.
Then we're going to add in a can of these vodka sauce cannellini beans along with a can of lentils.
To cook the pasta, add in some beef bone broth and water.
Add a little bit of salt, bring that to a gentle simmer, and then we're going to add in some whole wheat pasta straight to the pot.
Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, take off the lid, give it another 5 minutes until it looks thick and creamy just like this.
To finish it off, I like to add some chopped cilantro, some whole milk skyr or Greek yogurt, and some Parmigiano Reggiano.
Give that all a mix, let those flavors combine, and you're good to go.
