Flourless chocolate cake
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F

  2. Mix apple sauce, cocoa powder and nut butter

  3. Transfer batter to an 8in circle pan lined with parchment paper and sprayed with non-stick spray

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes

  5. Allow to cool completely

  6. For the ganache: heat the milk and pour over the chocolate chips. Mix until smooth and pour over the cake.

  7. NOTES: May want to add maple syrup and a bit of almond flour because of the extra liquid from the maple syrup. I also added ⅛ tsp each of baking powder and soda.
