Period Milk Tea
  1. Add red dates, ginger, black tea leaves, black sugar and water into a small pot.

  2. Heat gently until the sugar melts.

  3. Add milk and continue heating on low heat. Keep stirring.

  4. Once it starts to slightly boil, turn off the heat.

  5. Add goji berries.

  6. Strain if you prefer, and enjoy warm.
