Easy Garlic Sauce
For Wrapping
Season the chicken:
Mix oil, spices, salt, pepper, lemon. Toss chicken well.
Cook:
Pan: Medium-high heat, 5–7 min per side.
Or bake at 425°F for ~20–22 min.
Rest 5 minutes, then slice thin.
Make sauce:
Whisk yogurt, mayo, garlic, lemon, salt.
Assemble:
Warm pita → sauce → chicken → veggies → more sauce → wrap tightly.
Optional: toast the wrap in a dry skillet 1–2 minutes per side for structure.
