Ingredients
In a bowl or jar, whisk together all marinade ingredients until well combined.
Place ~2.5 lbs of salmon fillets in a dish or zip-top bag. Pour marinade over salmon to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• For longer marinating (up to 8 hours), reduce vinegar to 1 tbsp.
• For overnight marinating (up to 12 hours), omit the vinegar entirely.
Remove salmon from marinade and cook using your preferred method:
• Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes
• Grill over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side
• Pan-sear for 4–5 minutes per side
Optional: Simmer remaining marinade in a saucepan for 5–7 minutes to thicken and drizzle over cooked salmon
