Meal Prep Cottage Cheese Salad
  1. In a meal prep container, add cottage cheese, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, olives. On the other side add cooled hard boiled eggs, and hummus in a separate small container. Sprinkle the seasoning over the cottage cheese.

  2. To serve: We love to mash the eggs into the cottage cheese and veggies, and mix in the hummus!
