Easy Sourdough Pretzel Bites
  1. Mix starter, water, and sugar until dissolved

  2. Add flour, salt, and butter. knead until smooth

  3. Cover and let rise for 5 hours or until almost doubled in size

  4. Divide dough into 3 equal pieces

  5. Roll each into a 1 inch thick rope then cut each into 8 pieces. It’s ok if they’re not all even

  6. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

  7. Boil a pot of water with baking soda

  8. Drop bites in and boil for 30 seconds then remove onto a baking sheet

  9. Sprinkle each bite with flaky salt

  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or till golden brown
