Jayne Taplin it's a recipe I made up years ago.
3 lambs hearts sliced or diced, 1 leek, 1 onion, 1 stick of celery, ¼ swede, 3- 4 potatoes, 2-3 carrots, 1 clove of garlic, 3 handfuls of red lentils, 3 handfuls of pearl barley, beef stock cube, tin chopped tomatoes, 1 tablespoon tomato puree and tin of butter beans.
Dice all the veg, brown the hearts in your casserole pot, then add the veg and soften. Add the rest of the ingredients with enough water to cover everything well. Season and bring to the boil, simmer for 10 - 15 minutes and then pop it into the Wonderbag for 4-6 hours. I don't have a thermometer so I reheated it for 10 minutes when it was finished..
