Blend paneer, peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, salt, and hot water until completely smooth and creamy.
In a heatproof bowl, add ginger, garlic, spring onion whites, chili flakes/crisp, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and salt. Pour hot oil over it and mix well.
Add the chili oil into the blended paneer sauce and mix thoroughly.
Pour the sauce over the shirataki noodles, toss well, garnish with spring onion greens, and serve immediately.
