Boil the whole lemon in hot water for 10 minutes to remove the bitter taste
Add the lemon, eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla to a blender
Add the flour and baking powder and blend until combined
Optional stir through some defrosted berries dusted in flour to prevent sinking.
Pour the batter into a baking pan
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 45–50 minutes
Do not open the oven during the first 30 minutes
