Cut a pumpkin in half, remove the seeds, and then cut it into small pieces.
Place everything on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
In the meantime, get some sweet pastry, roll it out, and line a tart ring.
Block this pastry in its ring in the freezer.
Get your pieces of roasted pumpkin.
Pour them into a salad bowl and add two eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, a little sugar and starch on top, and finish with unsweetened condensed milk.
Mix everything together until you get a smooth and creamy cream.
Pour this cream into the bottom of your tart ring and bake for 30 minutes at 170 °C.
In the meantime, make pretty leaf-shaped decorations with the dough chutes and bake them as well.
Once your tart is cooked, let it cool completely.
And on top, place a few domes of whipped cream, this will make this tart even more delicious.
Cut out one or more pieces, devour them without delay et voilà !
