Fishy Style Seasoning Tofu
  1. Make up the marinade by combining the ingredients & leaving for as long as possible to infuse.

  2. Strain the marinade so you have no nori sheet bits left in it

  3. Press the tofu to remove excess liquid & cut into shape required

  4. Add the Tofu to the sea marinade & leave to infuse.

  5. Drain & use in your favourite recipe. Photo shows fish fingers
