High Protein & Low Calorie Crispy Pepperoni Pizza Hot Pockets
  1. Cook up some sliced pepperoni in a pan until it's crispy.

  2. Then set it aside and add extra lean beef mince.

  3. Once brown, add the seasonings, followed by diced garlic, pizza sauce, light cream cheese, some hot sauce.

  4. Mix and add the crispy pepperoni back to the pan with some grated parmesan, dried parsley, and mix again to combine.

  5. Cut the crust off a slice of bread and flatten as thin as possible.

  6. Then mix together flour and water to create a glue to spread around the edge.

  7. Then equally distribute the filling with some grated cheese.

  8. Fold and seal the edges completely shut. And repeat for the other 11 hot pockets.

  9. One by one, dip them in egg, coat evenly in breadcrumbs, spray with light cooking oil, and air fry until golden and crispy.

  10. Wrap them up. Store them in the fridge or freezer and reheat in just 2 minutes
