Air Fryer Salmon With Lemon Dill
  1. Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.

  2. Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 365°F, then press Start/Pause.

  3. Season the flesh side of the salmon filet with salt and pepper.

  4. Stir the olive oil, dill, garlic, and zest from 1 lemon together in a small bowl and brush the mixture onto the flesh side of the salmon.

  5. Slice half of the lemon into thin slices, then place onto the crisper plate. Place the salmon skin-side down on top of the lemon slices.

  6. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 365°F and time to 12 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

  7. Remove the salmon when done, squeeze the remaining half lemon over the salmon, and serve.
