Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place the chicken meat in bowl of an electric mixer. Using the whisk attachment shred the chicken.
Add in the taco seasoning, cream cheese, green chiles and salsa and mix until combined.
Working with just one tortilla at a time, lay on a cutting board.
Spread ⅕ of the chicken mixture on the tortilla.
Roll it up tightly and then cut into 4 equal pieces.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and chicken mixture.
Grease an 8” springform pan.
Place the pieces upright in the pan.
Top with the shredded cheeses and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and it’s heated through.
Remove the outer ring of the springform pan and garnish with chopped cilantro.
