Peel and devein the prawns

Mix the filling well
Microwave a small spoonful of the filling to taste and adjust seasoning as needed
Wet rice paper wrappers and fill with the prawn mixture
Fold and seal the dumplings
Cook dumplings by steaming, boiling, or pan-frying as desired
