Glazed Ham Recipe
  1. Cut the rind off the ham, if present.

  2. Score the top surface of the ham and stud with cloves. Place the fat side up on a rack in a shallow baking pan.

  3. Cover with foil. Bake in a 350 F preheated oven, for approximately 15 minutes per pound, or follow wrapper directions.

  4. In a bowl, combine sugar, syrup, and mustard. Set ¾ cup aside.

  5. In a saucepan, combine the remaining glaze and pineapple with juice. Simmer, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.

  6. With the reserved glaze, baste the ham every 10 minutes during the last 30-45 minutes of baking.

  7. Serve the pineapple sauce with the slices of ham.
