Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Blend all ingredients until smooth. If the mixture is too liquidy, add more cottage cheese to thicken.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour the batter into 5–6 evenly-sized circles.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until firm and slightly golden.
Add protein and toppings.
Blend until smooth, adding water if needed. Adjust salt or lime to taste.
