Kickass High-protein Tacos
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth. If the mixture is too liquidy, add more cottage cheese to thicken.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Pour the batter into 5–6 evenly-sized circles.

  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until firm and slightly golden.

  6. Add protein and toppings.

  7. Blend until smooth, adding water if needed. Adjust salt or lime to taste.
