Add all of the meatball ingredients to a bowl and mix well together.
Split the mixture into 12 and form into meatballs.
Cook off the meatballs in a pan on a medium heat for 10 mins.
Remove the meatballs from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the sliced peppers and fry for 5 mins.
Add the rest of the sauce ingredients, mix well and leave to simmer on a medium heat for 10 mins.
Add the meatballs back into the pan, reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer for a further 10 mins until the sauce has started to thicken.
Serve with rice and veg.
