  1. Add cooking sake to the ground meat and stir-fry while breaking it apart.

  2. When the meat starts to change color, add the chopped garlic.

  3. Add the seasonings and stir-fry until the liquid is gone.

  4. Serve it over rice for an easy Japanese rice bowl, or wrap it in lettuce.
