Cottage Cheese Buns
  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper.

  2. To a large bowl, add the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil, spinach, spices and cheese and mix together until combined.

  3. Use your hands to form the dough into a thick log. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces.

  4. Shape the pieces into flatter circles, Place onto pan and brush them with egg wash.

  5. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.

  6. Transfer to wire rack to let cool completely.

  7. Store in an airtight container. Will keep for approximately 4 days in the fridge.
